Bavaria Complete Auto Repair

This morning, leaving for work, my serpentine belt came off the pulleys. I was livid. Trying to get me to work, college kid to his first day at work and youngest to band practice. My husband had to leave the bank and come rescue us and then had to go get us all at the end of the day. We needed someone NOW. I called Bavaria at 530pm- no answer. I hang up. Holiday. Dang it. My phone rang a few seconds later. They called me back. From there it was a blessing that turned this whole thing around. We had the car towed to Bavaria- Triple AAA took care of all but $4 of the cost. Got there at 7pm- he said to come back in an hour- 30 min later I'm done. I know it's a quick job- I know that- but to find someone in a pinch to fix it so quickly- priceless. I go back next week to get the tensioner replaced- reasonable, fast, and SUPER SUPER nice. Look them up! I couldn't believe the Awesome reviews- now I know first hand. Wow!!

I was having problems with my Mini Cooper S. I looked them up on the internet and called. He correctly diagnosed my problem, over the phone! They were open till 8PM, and told me I could bring it right in. I brought it in 20MIN later and they looked at it right away. They only had to hook up a diagnostic CPU to it for a few minutes, and didn't even charge me for this service. Very fast, friendly, and knowledgeable!

I took my car up there to have an aux outlet installed. They are great! They did such a professional job that my aux input looks factory. It matches the dash perfectly! Everyone I spoke with was super friendly. If you're looking for a good mechanic, I highly recommend taking your car there. I will be taking my car there exclusively from now on.

I live in Louisville and make the trip to this shop anytime I need anything done on my car. They always take care of me when I need anything done from simple oil changes, to full engine swap, and at the best price! They are very friendly and quick, and even call you when they need to. I have even taken my car to the dealer for an issue that they couldn't fix, but the guys at Bavaria were able to fix the issue with their many years of expertise. I highly recommend this shop for any automotive needs especially for German cars.

5 star service! Excellent service, travelled on post to diagnose my Range Rover when it wouldn't start. Hooked it up to their computer, figured out the problem and had me back on the road in minutes. Appreciated that they were willing to come on Fort Knox and get me up and going again. They will be my mechanics from now on, great job Bavarian Auto Repair!
