Northside Calvary Church

You need to visit my church. Our men's Bible study will rock your world. We just go through Scripture together and let the Word of God do its thing. I have seen so many men come from being unsure of what they believe to spiritual leaders in their family and the church through this ministry. With the solid leaders that have been developed we have strong families and tons of kids. Beyond that, the preaching on Sundays is excellent and having an effect. You see people trying (not always perfectly, mind you) to live out the Christian life that the Bible calls for us to live. The church does not feel like a social club or a funeral, but a family. People stick around after services and just chill out and talk to each other. There are a ton of family activities throughout the year. Also, the children's programs are great. I help with Awana and it is really booming. Kids are having fun and bringing friends. They hear the gospel, memorize Scripture, learn Bible stories, and have fun games. No matter what age you are, there are people your age with whom you may more naturally bond as well as other cool people of different ages who will help broaden your horizons, impart wisdom, mentor you, or eventually you can pass the favor on to younger people as well.
