I was visiting from TX, and mentioned that my shoulder was excruciating. Someone told me to go to MH Imaging because I didn’t need a doctor’s referral & I’d get the results back quickly. At first I dismissed it because I know the cost of MRIs can vary from $600 to $2,500 for the same procedure, & then another fee for the diagnosis. I have no insurance coverage out of state. But I found I didn’t need a doctor’s order, MRIs were $550, and I could get in right away and get results in writing, fast. I had it done, and am so glad. The results showed a torn rotator cuff and tendon damage. The Dr happened to be there, so I got the written diagnosis and a CD copy of the scan to take back to TX. Everyone was professional, courteous, friendly, fast—I couldn’t have asked for a better experience or price. Do NOT hesitate to call MH if you need to get to the bottom of a medical issue. I hope I can find a place like this in Houston if I ever need something like this in the future.
