Kathleen represented me during a custodial dispute. I was served at the very last moment at an unexpected time. Kathleen and her team filed a response, a counter suit and had everything taken care of in such a short time. They made me feel confident and prepared after initially feeling devastated and confused. Rather than initially appearing before the court and letting the judge decide Kathleem helped us mediate the issue outside the courtroom and presented the judge with our agreement. I will explain in detail as much as I can , Kathleen Reagan was Hired by me to represent me in a photographic equipment dispute. value $3000.00 , the opposition sent a letter stating they have serial numbers for the cameras and these are the items in dispute. kathleen asked me IF they were the numbers .I said I dont know , she sent a letter to the opposition atty saying OK somehow the opposition list replaced my list. At court we won, but somehow the value had dropped from $3000 to $785 on explaining to the nmagistrate they settled for less than I wanted but much higher than the opposition. On a appeal the opposition is now trying new lies, the equipment the judge decides is divide it , the serial numbers supplied by the oppsition were replacement items in such terrible condition they are worthless , upon telling Kathleen we need back in front of the judge she threatened to fire me for my own good . I have proof the equipment has been substituted as well as one paid receipt is a false duplicate. She has been refusing my calls and ignoring me , the 60 day limit imposed by the judge is fast upon us and Kathleen Reagan has ABANDONED ME FOR WHATEVER REASONS SHE HAS IS UNKNOWN TO ME She has continually refused to listen as to who we have been dealing with and what they are doing. her incompetence is beyond belief my next step is the Bar and the disciplinary committee . I will have this lawyer removed suspended or fined for so much she will have to get a job flipping hamburgers . Need a lawyer look elsewhere
