Here is a copy of letter i sent to firefly's



I'm letting you know last night my parents and I tried

your Quincy, MA location. We ate our dinner and

while waiting for the waitress I saw not only

one mouse but two....mickey and minnie mouse

running across the floor. When I told the waitress

there were no apologies nor did she call the manager

over. I'm appalled by the way the situation was handle.

I was fully charged for the bill and never apoligied too.

I even kept my cool and didn't scream which I could

have and your restaurant would have emptied out....

Instead I paid my $60.00 bill and had to pull over

twice on my way home to toss my cookies.

I'm greatly disappointed and your customer

satisfaction at this restaurant must not be a

priority.
