On Saturday April 16th I got the spring fling package done by Shana. While she was cutting my hair she was constantly talking with her friend that came in to visit her, really not paying attention to what she was doing to my hair. She and the manager Camille also preceded to talk about personal drama going on in the salon, complaining about another co-worker. Also Camille had her teenage daughter in the salon coming in and out and was having her wash towels and so on. I found this to be completely unprofessional. I wasn't sure about the haircut until after I got home and realized how HORRIBLE it was! She hacked my hair. I asked for long layers and ended up with a shelf in the back of my head. The highlights were almost equally as bad. There are random lines bleached into my hair because of her overlapping the foil. This was a horrible experience. I went back to the salon on Monday and another girl, Deanna tried the best she could to fix my hair. I am still not satisfied. I really would like my money back, but Camille has yet to return my phone call. Big surprise!
