Very unprofessional is,what I will say. I went to Hair Graphics by Monique. Long story short he brother dates my aunt due to an arguement that took place between me and her brother;she became unprofessional and could not separate personal and professional. Long story she took out my hair. The section of my hair that was not bleached was uneven and had spilt ends. She is too expensive. I should have went with my gut feeling and went to the original stylist I was going to let style and trear my hair. I can say that I am at ease that I have someone who is professional and who is not ridulous with their prices. Word to weary stay away and especially if u owe her money or she has a personal vendetta against you. Bad way of doing business. I wouldn't recommend her to cut my dog's hair if I had one. SHADY,GHETTO .

My name is Katia, and I had a terrible experience at Hair Graphics by Monique. First, she had her young daughter wash my hair, blow dry it, then put tiny braids on my head. Next, Monique put me in another chair closer to the TV, in order to distract me from the horrible work she was doing. She put on a kevin hart stand up movie and she moved my chair away from the mirror so i couldn t see what she was really doing. She put a whole pack of hair, on the back of my head, but left about 2 to 3 rows exposed. The packs of hair that i brought was called Frorm Start To Finish which came with a Closer already. But Monique put so much hair on my head, that there wasn t anymore room for the closer. She created one while watching TV, leaving a lump on my head. When she was done playing around on my head , it look like she placed a Big Ugly Wig on top of my head. I then ask her if she could straighten it but she said with an attitude NO you re done. I was their from 10:30am to 4pm and she charged me 90 dollars. She did such a bad job I was so embarrassed and humiliated. I know I was taken advantage of because I was handicapped and too sick to speak up.
