If you value your life, and safety do not go to San Tan motorsports. They are very unprofessional when they make a mistake and do not honor their work. They left an air bubble in the brake line causing the brakes to lock up and cause an accident. What's worse is they yelled out racial slurs to my African American boyfriend and threatened his life. We tried to contact the mechanics, upper management, and also asked to speak with the owner on several occasions since the work was done in April . The only thing they've offered to do was bleed the brakes again. After advising that we had another mechanic properly service the motorcycle they got upset and said that it's our fault and if we would've brought out back we wouldn't have had to pay out of pocket. This is unacceptable as it places the blame on a paying customer and takes ownership away from the shop. Again IF YOU VALUE YOUR LIFE, DO NOT GO TO SAN TAN MOTORSPORTS.

They have caused thousands of dollars of damage to my motorcycle. Rude and unknowable staff. It took over a month to get back with very little communication. If you value your motorcycle and or recreational vehicles don't take them there.

Eric and his crew takes care of their customers. They are very knowledgeable and are willing to take the time to explain the details of what, why and how. They treat you as if they are grateful for your business. I recommend them over anyone in the valley. Great customer service, great prices, and great turn-around time on repairs.

CONSUMER BEWARE

CONSUMER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I took my 94 GSXR 1100 in to have a new chain and sprocket set put on. According to the shop while they were test ridding it ( doesnt take special insurance to test ride other peoples bikes) my left lower supposedly blew off braking my front fairing, left lower, and upper cover. Eric the manager told me they are not liable and to sue them. Wow really your machanice is on my bike when something brakes and you are not responsible and truth be known I think they are not telling the truth due to all the bolts being in the bike fairings. It looks to me and others as if they were to lazy to remove the lower fairings and pulled on them to get the clutch housing off and then they snapped around the bolts thats the only way the fairing bolts could still be in the frame while they are hadding me pieces of my bike back. They cause thousands of dollars of damage to my bike. Then told me to pound dirt and sue them. Please do not let these guys work on your bikes. I hate to see anyone go through what I am right now. And I am not the competition just a guy that got screwed by this shop.. I only went to them because they were close to home and I was in a hurry to leave for the track that afternoon. My normal shop is in Mesa and just need to have the time. This is what I get CONSUMER PLEASE BEWARE!!!!

Poor service, over priced and incredibly rude management. A month an a half to fix a 50cc quad that was 2 years old. It was an exhaust blockage and I was charged for a carb rebuild at $135 and there were no parts involved. Don't waste your time or money, because frankly, they don't care.

Honest shop in town

Hey Everyone,

San Tan Motorsports was very honest and upfront with me, Eric gave great service and I didn't make me feel like I was bothering the shop when I called for an update. They kept to the dead line and I would recommend this shop to anyone. This little shop needs to be reconized. Keep up the good work guys.
