I was pulled over for speeding however the trooper accused me of drinking said he smelled alcohol on my breath I was sober took the breather I zeroed then he keep on accusing me of drugs he searched me and my car and found nothing I have no priors not even a ticket he searched me twice and forced me to take a blood test or lose my license I was not allowed to drive my license is suspended now and I didn’t do anything wrong to get a dui and accuse me of being impaired just because he said I was speeding what can I do
