Provided by DexKnowsWe purchased a Sedona a few years back and most recently a Borrego. In both instances we had a great experience with sales, parts and service departments. It's nice to do business at a facility that is so new and modern while at the same time seeing all the same people each time. That says a lot about a business. I recommend Kia of Puyallup to anyone that asks me.

Provided by DexKnowsWe Bought a new spectra from this dealer back in 2005 had good a experience. In August of 2009 we bought a new fully loaded optima nice car, Sept. we statrted to have problems with the colling fan that would not shut off. this resulted in dead batteries and late for work.Kia of Puyallup could not diagnose the problem the first time. not even the second time. finally the third time it happened I got a little upset they had the car for 3 days and i was driving a loaner. on the second day while driving home for work a piece of plexiglass was in the road the car in front of me hit it, it flew up and dammaged the front bumper of the loaner. My complaint is that the dealer could not fix the problem the first 2 times and on the 3rd time they told me they found the problem because the mechanic that was working on it found the problem by burning his hand when he touched the fuse box. The car had a cracked fuse box and was shorting out the car. now the dealer wants to charge me the deductible on
