Foreclosure
If you are in a situation where you cannot pay your bills, are getting harassing phone calls, or are facing foreclosure or other lawsuits, you may want to consider whether filing for bankruptcy would be the best option for you. Bankruptcy may be a way for you to discharge or manage your debts so you can build a future for yourself and your family.
