Cap is a real card and will give you a great orientation to the fish he has to sell along with cooking instructions. My sister and I tried the crab cakes and pink headless shrimp. Cap threw in a rock shrimp for us to try. I sauteed the rock shrimp in butter and salt and pepper. Wow!!!! Should have bought more rock shrimp. That's my hit on the next visit. The Shrimp, complete with cooking instructions, which we followed to the T as Cap instructed. Best shrimp ever. Served it up with cocktail sauce and had an awesome happy hour. Crab cakes were also a hit. Cap we'll be back! And you all should check out this little stand. And, Cap thanks for the calendar. I am marking the days until I return to PG and your little stand.
