I love getting a phone call from medical collections stating I owe (X$) at 8:15 am.

As a Veteran my medical are all through the VA. The VA sent me out to a private provider (INTEGRIS Mayes County Medical Center) for Mammogram. Now if this was the first call I would not be upset but this is an on going every other day 8:15 phone call. Last week they were giving me the name of another Patient that my payment was credited to. They want to know how ( from me ) to offset this money. The rep from the VA talked with them last week gave them the information on my payment. They received payment and you would think that would be the end of it but they call this AM. They have exhausted all possible ways to get paid by the Humans (VA) and I now owe. I wonder how many people in the Integris system is being billed after insurance has paid? If you have any dealing with them double check.. it's their accounting that is the trouble. This is Government money they are misapplying.

i have chronic pancreatitus diagnosed by the er dr so im what THEY call a frequent flier i have no insurance now and im always seeing the same drs there some of them understand especially the dr who diagnosed me two yrs ago iwas there today 5-8-12 and there was a nurse who was there named dustin he came to take me back and took it upon himself to tell me that i need to get a primary care dr and the e.r. was not nfor me i told him i had no money to pay a dr and no insurance right now he smirked and mutterd something under his breath any way he continued to talk crap and said im not giving my blood pressure right he took it 5 times each time the bottom number was at LEAST120 i told him i was in pain thats why its up any way when i was leaving a lady yelled out sir i just wanted to tell you they violated your confidentiality really bad and was lauging saying i was only there for pain meds she said the male nurse (DUSTIN) told her that im just a drug seeker to her face im furious im calling the director of nursing and the administration executive thank you yellow pages . com in some way i feel like ive helped some one else if you are ever there tell DUSTIN steve thatcher said hi hope he gets fired and if you do have a problem like this with them please use this to help you prove its happend before.
