Les Schwab Tire Center

As a customer for the most oart they are a good place to go ,the 1 big down fall is that not one seat cover was used when they drive our cars with there very dirty cloths,this is not exceptable at all.

A young man, a son of a friend of mine bought my car. I had just put on new tires from Discount tires only a few months before, he got a hole in the side of one of the tires, and instead of the guy at Les Schwab asking the young man where he got the new tires, they just swindled him out of $113.00. I got a phone call from his mother, then drove up there, I told him to go down to discount tire, get a new tire there and I would take this one back, Les schwab of Renton, which I had been doing business with for 23 years, was rude, they only refunded him $90.00, and was absolutely jerks. When Keith was there, they would have never treated a young person in this manner. That manager needs to be fired. You don't look at a brand new tire, and not help the young or old out. You just lost a good customer for my other two cars, as well as all friends, because this is going on Facebook. This was at your shop on 4th and Union. Shame on you. This kid works hard for his money. Thank you discount tires for your great service and expert help. It only cost him $30.00 there. Shame shame shame. As a retired teacher , I will never go to that store again, nor will my friends. They need to go back to the customer service they once had. So sad to see these businesses that think they can treat people like this.

went in three times to Les Schwab's to have a slow leak repaired and was told it would be hour and a half wait, I will never buy tires from them again!! they should advertise long waits for flat repairs in there commercials,

I remember when they would come running to your car and get you right in for a flat repair, the customer service has gone out the window compared to the old days.

Really like Les Schwab tire centers. I have been a customer for a lot of years. I have tried other tires stores and always end up back at my local Les Schwab. I do have one complaint. Some years ago my daughter took her car in to have work done on her car. Turned out the workers found more wrong with the car. They told her she had to do the repairs that they could not put the tires back on the car. I got a call from my daughter all upset. She didn't have the money to do the repair they insisted on doing. I called and the guy told me the same thing. I asked so are you going to have her drive off on the rotars. It was not the way to treat customers. Today I heard of similar things going on by the same local Les Schwab. I had even gone in the store to complain and was told we will talk to the guys in the brake front end department. Told me they get a little agressive at times. Really is upsetting to hear of any shop using these kind of tactics to force people to do a job.
