        I had a contract with Pianka c...

        I had a contract with Pianka construction to rebuild my mother's home due to a house fire. In a signed contract eric was paid to have his electrician( Fred Magee of FJM elctrical-self owned) To put a 200 amp service in her home as well as mine. Again it was in the contract and billed so. !3 months later the bill as been paid but I can not get his electricaian to do the job and Eric will not make good on his contract. First I was dealing with the electrician directly. After no luck getting him to do the job I was forced to bring it to eric's attention. Eric said he would take care of it. Now Eric does not return my calls, texts and emails.... DO NOT TRUST PIANKA CONSTRUCTION..HE ROBBED ME OF $4000 IN ELECTRICAL WORK THAT HE IS CONTRACTUALLY RESPONSIBLE FOR. HE HIRED THE ELECTRICIAN. ONCE HE GOT MY MONEY....HE WAS GONE. .....DO NOT USE PIANKA CONSTRUCTION !!!!!!!!

        I had a contract with pianka construction. It was for a total rebuild of my mothers home due to a house fire... In the contract he was to have a 200 amp service put in my home as well as my mothers. AT he completion of the house being built His electrician Fred Magee of FJM electrical started my electrical service. I paid the bill in full. I have the reciept signed by Eric. Now his electrician nEver returned...Eric wont return any of my phone calls, texts, emails. His electrician is doing the same. Its contractual and being he got paid...he wont fininshed the job. I made the mistake of paying in full now they wont acknowledge me. He liked me when I was signing checks though!.... DO NOT USE PIANKA CONSTRUCTION....I AM OUT OF $4,000 AND I WILL SEE THEM IN COURT. DO NOT TRUST!!!

        We loved our contractor, Eric Pianka from Pianka Construction in Princeton who remodeled our kitchen, bath, mudroom and laundry room. It may have seemed to our neighbors that the project went on forever, but that had nothing to do with Eric's work. To the contrary. We had some structural issues that were unforeseen and Eric knew just what to do to make it right. He was professional, fair, CLEAN and super conscientious as were all his subs. What we also loved was Eric and his crew are a bunch of younger guys with fresh ideas. Not set in their ways like other contractors that we've dealt with. Eric always returned a call or text the same day and was here every day. His job was not done until we were happy with everything. Really great experience and we are thrilled with the results. Lisa

        Eric and his team were fantastic partners in our remodeling effort. Although we had a few unforeseen surprises, including a Hurricane, Eric clearly communicated changes to the timeline and budget and managed to stay close on both. The quality of his work was outstanding and the final product surpassed our expectations. On several occasions he personally came to the house to make sure everything was exactly how we wanted it. We recommend him fully without reservation.
