        Worst experience in a doctors office

        I have had the worst experience of my
        <br/>life with this practice! I am a first time mom and of course I have a lot of questions, which should be expected at a doctors office. But today I was made to feel like a complete imbicil by the nurses of the West Windsor office along with the doctor I have been taking my baby to see. When I had asked a few simple questions to the nurse that was administering 4 shots to my 2 month old baby she was so rude and non informative. I spoke to the nurse manager regarding this behavior and she said the doctor should have explained everything to me. When I came home I received a phone call from the doctor, not to apologize about the nurse, but to scold me, and told me that they value their staff and in not so many words, if I didn&#39;t like it, I can go elsewhere. I have never been so enraged by any doctor before in my life! I hope the doctors of this practice realize their reputations reside in the hands of this staff, and thy should never berate a patient for speaking up for themselves when they have been treated rudely!
