Cow A Bun Go

I ate there last night and it was awesome ! I really love the salmon but I usually eat the 10oz burger. Sometimes I see them grinding the meat, so I know its real beef I'm eating, not frozen soy frankenmeat.

A few weeks ago, I ordered delivery from this restaurant for the first and only time. It was very good. I tipped the driver. No complaints.

Tonight they showed up at my door with a food order I did not place ( I was COOKING dinner). The driver called in to figure out the mistake and the owner asked to speak to me (she did not call me by name). She had my address and someones elses phone #. I explained that I did not place the order. Keep in mind that I am a 51 year old woman w/a child in college who, except for my 30 year old nephew, who had JUST gotton home from fishing, lives alone. I am not a child who calls in bogus food orders for fun. Nor do I have friends of that caliber. She angrily and repeatedly accused me of ordering $60 in food and refused to even THINK she/or an employee had made a mistake. She screamed at me that she would NEVER accept an order from my address again and RAGED on about food getting cold, $60 and called me NAMES... I had to hand the phone back to the driver while she still screamed at me. This was absolutely w/out a doubt a company/computer mix-up and this woman would not even entertain that idea. She simply wanted to take it out on someone. So she hid behind her telephone and took it out on a total stranger and would-be good customer. The stunned and very embarrassed driver told me she was the owner/manager and had no idea she was going to act that way when he handed me the phone. I have never been so offended. Tried it last night and it was great! We had the Bacon Cheeseburger and the Beef Tips. I recommend them both and the fudge pie is to die for! On top of all that is was affordable and delivered!!!!

Roll tide man clearly has issues. My husband and I eat from there at least two nights a week and the food has always been great! We love the free delivery and free tea when you pick up! We hope it is here to stay because Prattville needs something other than pizza for delivery!!

Food taste like what I imagine a cow pattie would taste like! People were very rude and establishment was not clean. I really believe the great City Of Prattville will ask Cow-A-Bun-Go to find another city to stink up. My only advise to this Place is for them to close their doors and try something else.
