        We went into this bank and were treated with the utmost respect,we had to leave and come back and the young lady that was helping us had gone to lunch but she came back in with her lunch and she sat her lunch down and helped us and she didn't have to do that,her name was Kristen Crowell and I've never been treated so well and felt so welcome in a bank and completely put my trust in a bank as I did the Regions Bank on Emory Rd.in Powell,Tn.Thank you so very much for your help.It was very much appreciated.I would highly recommend this branch if you want excellent customer service.
