If giving them a negative stars was possible, i would. Tidewater Pacific Adjusters took 2 months to even confirm their client rear ended me. To be completely honest, the thing that pisses me off the most about this company is that the Adjuster, Lorena Quinn, who is also mentioned in previous reviews, IS VERY RUDE. She has no kindness in her voice, no patience for what you have to say, and even my insurance company said she doesn't sound even a bit pleasant on the phone. For a person who is suppose to be working with people, her communication skills are horrible. I've been dealing with her for about over 4 months now, over a rear bumper. I call with my cell phone, its 2 or 3 rings and goes to voice mail, but with my insurance company, and now my house phone, she actually picks up with such a rude attitude. This is the most stressful insurance company I've had to deal with.

I was hit by a non licensed driver on my motorcycle. The vehicle was insured by tidewater and Lorena is the adjuster. She is rude and disinterested in anything I had to say. I've submitted all the paperwork that was requested 3 weeks ago and haven't received a call back or a returned phone call to my voicemail. Her voicemail message says not to leave multiple messages but when a person doesn't hear from you after a month of waiting, something is seriously wrong. DO NOT BUY INTO THIS COMPANY!

If I could give them 0 stars I would. I had a car theft recently and fortunately my vehicle was recovered. To begin with, when the theft occurred it took me TWO days to get through to someone to report the loss. I kept getting voice mails and never received a call back. When the vehicle was taken to the shop for repairs it took 2 weeks for the shop to get approval to start working on it because they had trouble getting through to the insurance adjuster. When I would actually get the adjuster on the phone she was SO RUDE. She had absolutely no interest in my claim and could care less. This is an awful company to have insurance with. I urge everybody not to deal with them because when it comes to a claim they DO NOT CARE.

I unfortunately had the 'pleasure' of having Tidewater as my adjusters. My adjuster had a complete lack of interest in the accident. I had to call/email them 3-5 times before getting a reply or an answer. And it was all very roundabout. My adjuster would sound bored or irritated every time I talked to her, and it was apparent she just wanted to get off the phone. Eventually, they just closed my case and told me to pursue collecting the funds for my damaged car myself! What the heck am I paying insurance for if they wont handle it when I need it? Really awful company.
