Carol Ann Rappaport, MD

This was my first time at Kaiser Permanente. I called as needed an appointment ASAP and they got me in very quickly. Rachael set up my appointment and she has excellent Customer Service skills. My appointment was at the Silverdale, Wa Medical Center. The gentleman that checked me in was very nice. Then nurse Sara had called me previously to verify information for my appointment and also was my nurse for the appointment. She was very caring, knowledgeable and just wonderful in every way. Then I saw the MD Mary Beth Lehtinen who was so knowledgeable, caring and explained things to me where it was so easy to understand. She was truly amazing. I am 67 years old so I have been to many Medical Clinics. This is as on of the best I have been to and I would strongly recommend this clinic to everyone. I really want to thank everyone there that cared for me and being so Kind and Wonderful to me during an extremely hard time in my life.
