Brick House

We love this place. Great beer selection, everything from the biggies to a number of locals and micro brews. The food is even better. The burgers are the best in town. We get down here as much as possible.

WE LOVE THE BRICK HOUSE!!!! SPECIALLY ON TUESDAYS. I MEET MY DAUGHTER THEIR FOR DRINKS AND HALF PRICE HAMBURGERS AND APPITIZER. THEY HAD A NEW MENU THIS WEEK WITH NEW ITEMS. WE TRYED THE NEW APPITIZER. LOVED IT!! AND WE BOTH HAD A NEW HAMBURGER THIS WEEK.BEST PRICES IN TOWN AND BEST SERVICE IN TOWN. WE ALLWAY HAVE GOOD FOOD AND SERVICE WHEN EVER WE GO AND WE GO A LOT!!! WE TAKE ARE FRIENDS WHEN THEY COME FROM OUT OF TOWN. BEING AN OLD BANK MAKES IT EVEN MORE FUN FOR ARE VISITORS. I HIGHLY RECCOMMEND YOU EAT HERE. I MET THE NEW CHEIF THIS WEEK VERY NICE PERSON BEST OF LUCK TO HIM AND THE NEW CREW!! HE TALKED HIGHLY ABOUT THE OWNER ALSO!!!

If your in the area you must stop in to visit The Brickhouse. It's really neat, an old bank building. I spoke with the owner when I was there. He's a jolly fellow, and polite as they come. Very nice place my friend, very nice.

Ok folks, for a pub/nightlife/decent apps/sandwiches in Pottstown, the Brick House is great!

I have been here about 4 times, all evenings, and can truthfully tell you that there is not really any place like it in the area (if you are looking for a non-chain place), and would recommend for a nice time out. Decent menu- all american fare, OK prices (although I drink Blue Moon and I seem to remember getting a 12 oz glass? FOr like $4.50?...hmmmm). Bonus - I didnt feel too old (thirty-somthing) being there after 11 pm!

Anyway...the space is great; it's an old bank building and they have kept much of the integrity of the bank-esque inside, very cool. High ceilings, you can still see the vaults, locks, etc - I dig it.

Oooh, another Bonus, OK, and now I will change my 3 stars to 4 stars...I got to speaking with a manager one evening (and all the staff/service has always been great), and because I am in the food service industry, he got me a special= "in the Biz" card, (with my name printed on it too!!) that enables me to get discounts on drink and apps....verrry cool! Coming from someone in the food and hospitality industry (and I am Quite critical), The Brick House for sure; has the Service part down pat! Cheers!

Read another post that complained about the Prime Rib and I agree, my wife and my 2 children decided to have dinner on Wednesday evening at the Brick House, the special this evening was Prime Rib . I was very much surprised to find out that the only cuts avaiable were ones that were Well Done!! I am dissapointed to think that the have owners have resorted to this type of gimick to lure customers into this establishment. The manager was also aware of this situation and deemed it acceptable.

As you walk into "The Brick House" a sudden feeling of WOW comes over you. High Ceilings coupled with the excellent food and the courteous staff, this Restaurant earns the Night Life Management Seal of Approval. But don't take it from us... Philadelphia Magazine feels the same way by honoring them with a "2008 best of Philly Award". See for your self! You won't be disappointed.

Great atmosphere. It was an old bank. It has real high ceilings. Food was real good. Service was fast. Will go back.
