- All Island Landscape is one of the largest companies of its kind in Southern Rhode Island and offers a wide range of landscaping and related products and services. All Island Landscape makes every effort to ensure the protection of our natural resources, especially Narragansett Bay and its environment. We have been working with the University of Rhode Island?s turf grass professors to develop fertilization programs that reduce the amount of nitrogen and phosphorus that goes into the soil.

They gave us a price quote that we signed and returned. We waited several weeks and decided to call to find out when the work would be done. After several unreturned phones calls for about 2+ weeks we finally got a call back . We were to told quote (which we did call to confirm) was incorrect. The owener Byron quoted us 3 times as much, but said he would try to keep the price down. He was going to write up new quote. That was 3 weeks ago. We have not hear back.
Completely unprofessional. This company could use a few lessons in customer service.

I wanted to start by apologizing to you for the lack of response from our company, there is no excuse for that. I wish I could say that we are perfect in every aspect of business from customer service to our services we offer our customers, but we are human and make mistakes. This is how we learn and how we grow to be a better company and hopefully greatly reduce future problems such as your experience with Green Systems. I wish that I was involved in this problem as I feel as the manager of Green Systems I could rectified your problem and avoided this all together. I cannot speak to your particular issue with us, but would invite you to please call our office and ask for me and let me try and make some kind of resolution. It kills me to have even one customer not happy with my service, my customers are my business and without you there is no Green Systems. I strive to have the highest level of customer service there is and if I need to tweak some aspect of that I would expect a customer to speak up and communicate their issue. I have used all island for both work and personal projects. They are very professional. Materials deliveries are extremely fast.

Provided by SuperpagesWould recommend to a friend. They are a busy company so it took a little bit to get the work done but was VERY pleased with the results. Well worth the wait. Will be doing another project soon with All Island and can't wait.

Provided by SuperpagesThis company is pathetic. I do not see how they stay in business. I called for some mulching work to be done, then a guy came out and sounded very knowledgeable and competent and said he would send an estimate. He did and it was a little high, but I wanted to get the work done quickly so I signed it and returned the estimate. I heard nothing. Then, a bunch of guys turned up to mow my lawn, which was NOT what I requested. I told them no, I don't need my lawn mowed and I need to hear back on the mulching work. Nothing for another week. Then I come home and find them MOWING MY LAWN! I am like what the heck? I said NO I do not want my lawn mowed. They all pulled out their cell phones to get me to talk to their bosses and I said NO MOW. I WANT MULCH. 2 more weeks, still never heard a thing. I called another business who came out right away. DO NOT USE ALL ISLAND LANDSCAPE. They are horrible.
