I wish I could give this place 0 stars. I bought a mattress and box spring set from them and the box spring had BED BUGS. He would not listen. His wife started arguing saying it didn't come from them. I've never in my life had to deal will anything biting me in my sleep. It's only in my room so I know for a fact It came from there place. They threatened to kick me out and they weren't going to replace them so I had to threaten them with the BBB. They told me I had to bring it in today or I get nothing. I had to tell them I'll bring it when I can that I don't have a truck. I told them I didn't receive my bed the day I purchased it. I also bought a vanity from them. The chair had sticky stuff all over it and there was black finger prints all over it. I shouldn't have accepted in that condition but since it wasn't noticiable I didn't mind. I never been to a place so unprofessional. I'm always laid back and try to be nice, but as soon as I mentioned the bed bugs they started being rude and loud. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

This place is terrible. Don"t waste your time with this idiot CHUCK! He is probably dangerous. I feel sorry for Ruth and anyone who has to work with him. I guess I will have to get my attorney in order to get my furniture delivered or cancel the payment. Please get him out of business before my husband has to go to the hospital. He has already started having chest pains.

We are new to this town and went there to purchase all new furniture. They apparently have new owners and sales people because we had wonderful treatment. When first looking and pricing they were not pushy but helpful. When we decided to purchase they continued the good service. If there was any damage we found they made it correct. We have and will continue to recommend them. Give them another try!

The owner is so RUDE!!! We have bought several things there over the years. We recently bought a beach house and needed to furnish the whole thing. We went shopping around for the best deals with this store being one of the places we looked. We went in there several times, looked at prices and then left. The last time we went in there, the owner said he was sick of us "wasting his time" and that we were only getting prices so we could buy somewhere else. We left immediately. The sad thing it that we went in there to actually buy some tables he had. We will NEVER do business there again!

I totally agree! We had purchased couches from this place and was mot delivered on time because they made a mistake on them,and they had to re-order them again which took a longer delivery time .When they were finally delivered they were the wrong ones and they had made a scratch on one of the cushions and refused to admit that they did it and wouldn't replace it! My advice would not to do business with this place ever!

This place is horrible to do business with!!! The owner is a crabby old man that speaks to you as if you are a child and screams at you. I purchased my furniture on July 8th the furniture was delivered on July 10th when it was delivered I noticed that one of the reclining chairs was lopsided, when I brought this to the attention of the delivery personnel they told me that it was "squished" because it was in a box and it would "straighten out" in a day or so. . . When trying to recline in it later that evening the reclining portion did not work. When I called to report the problem the owner told me that I would need to pay $65 for them to make a special trip to my home to come look at the chair OR I could wait until they have a delivery in my area and there would be no charge (who knows when that would be) In my opinion since it was broken when it was delivered and brought to the attention of the deliver personnel the owner should have taken care of this problem instead he wants to charge a fee to look at the chair with no guarantee to replace or fix it. when I asked him to just come and look at the chair he yelled at me stating he is "SICK OF THIS!" I finally had to settle for paying the fee just so my chair can be fixed!!
