My daughter Michelle was in a horrible traffic accident in 2004,which, after 6 days at Vanderbilt Trauma Unit, she passed away due to her internal injuries. My daughter was a very small framed teenager, but after all the fluids that were given to her, she looked like she weighed about 200+lbs. Mr Hamm made Michelle look like herself again. Although he had asked me not to, I had an open Casket for her for the family for an hour. Mr Hamm, you did a tremendous job. Michelle looked at peace. Mrs. Hamm, you were so caring and thoughtful in my time of desperation. And til this day, 6.5 years later, you still care and ask me how I am doing. The Hamms really made me feel like they cared about my wishes, not about how much money they would make off of the funeral. God forbid if I have to, but if I do, I am going straight to the PFC.
