Outstanding customer service. I had to ship a package to Canada and did not have a clue how to do it. They made it happen effortlessly with great customer service despite being a time consuming process deal with Customs.

WOW!!! I don't have words good enough to express the outstanding service provided by the Staff of this Store. From the get go, the customer service and care of products was something to believe. With a hiccup in the end delivery of the product, the service was carried through to resolution with amazing support from Sharon that way exceeded the call of duty. I don't recall ever having experience such a superb level of service and customer care. Well done to the entire team. I would highly recommend your services to anyone. Thank you.

Amazing employees that are very knowledgable and helpful! One wonderful lady helped me mail off some important documents, finding the cheapest yet most secure way of getting them where they needed to be. They were hilarious and extremely helpful!

This is customer service done right! I have been a customer of UPS Stores throughout the Country. I have never received such wonderful service. The employees are patient and know what they are talking about when it comes to shipping. I was offered the option of USPS (postal) or UPS. I was also asked if I was a member of AAA or AARP. I am a member of both and was surprised to receive a discount. They also took the time to track down a package which was sent in MA to an old address. Peg told me how I could get the address changed to be picked up at their store. They even helped to expedite through UPS Customer Service. I look forward to using their services every time I visit Portland.

Every time I go into my UPS store I find yet another reason to use them. Always helpful, completely professional, abundantly equipped, progressively capable. Today I found out that my box is eligible for call in mail check. How fantastic is that!

I have used this UPS Store on several occasions. The staff is very helpful and friendly whether you are shipping or using copying services.
