        If you want a honest Dr. I have news for you. I went to a hearing meeting not knowing he sells Phonak aids. The first thing I said -how dissatisfied I was with my aids. I wear my aids 5am to8pm & the batteries don't last 2 days.
        Dr. Tuan Ngo head my story & my disappointment about the batteries & Gateway hearing vendor Portland,Or lied saying the batteries were bad.Dr. Ngo told me to come to his office he could help. He disconnected my transmitter &the batteries last 6to7 days. I always wore one aid &I was happy. I didn't think that the Phonak Cros makes that much difference .
        Phonak Pres. Mr Newham does not care about dissatisfied customers. He does not answer letters. Stephanie is the only person you can talk to. I paid Gateway Hearing $4600 without support--BIG MISTAKES!!! I didn't only paid to much I was gouged.
