I'd definately reccomend this company. I called Total Comfort for the main reason that they dont charge a service call. I have always thought this was an unfair charge. Fast, friendly and VERY fair in charges. Pete explained the problem, told me what he was going to do, and gave me the estimate. I never felt like I was getting "taken". This company is fairly new. I highly recommend this company. They were the only company that answered their phone for emergency furnace repair. They answered their phone and was at my house in 30 minutes. This was late in the afternoon on Saturday 12-24-2011 Christmas Eve. They fixed the furnace and did not charge extra for the holiday and Saturday service. I still have not received a response from all the other so called 24 hour emergency furnace repair companies I called first. I called this company after the Blizzard of 2011. They responded quickly when others wouldn't and repaired my furnace. Pete always had shoe covers on when in my home and was very polite and friendly. As a single mom I always have to be careful of people ripping me off but the cost was very fair, a bargain even.
