Very unprofessional. I was referred by a friend. But I do not recommend them. Refused to do my oil change, even though I called the day before. They were very dismissive and rude, called me honey. I will surely take my money elsewhere.

Overcharged me for an alignment and then when I noticed abnormal tire wear on one of the rear tires, they wouldn't do anything to correct the problem. No warranty at all on alignments. Should have gone to Tire kingdom and gotten it done right the first time for less with a 6 month warranty.

My car was not always starting last week, I tried a new battery and it continued to happen. I called and spoke with John, he told me to bring it in and had it fixed the next day with a new starter. He took the time to find the problem and order the part to have done in one day. He also took the time to show me my old starter and what caused it to go. I had planned to walk home after dropping but he offered me a ride and when I said I would be fine, he gave me his card in case I changed my mind. He had one of his employees pick me up at my home to pick up my car. They did all they could to make it as easy as possible. I will return if I need any other work done. Thanks John!!

I have taken my vehicle(s) to John for the past four years. He takes the time to explain the problem at what it would take to fix it. He and his employees are trustworthy and they will go he extra mile to make sure the customer is happy. I recommend him to all of my friends. Thanks John!!!

Brought in my car for timing belt 2003 pt cruiser. He also brought to my attention , my cooling fan wasn't working properly. Had all the knowledge on various aspects of the repair and walked me through them. Great shop great service. I will always be a returning customer.

This place was recommended to me nearly 5 years ago ! First impressions .. Awesome! John and his staff are polite, welcoming, and always do a superb job in a timely manner! Never disappointed and always great service with a smile.. Not to mention , best value in PSL!! Great job guys!

This guy John that runs the place is a jerk. I simply went in for an alignment. It needed a 4 wheel alignment and camber adjustment. The guy said 100 bucks which is more than the other guys aka Tires Plus or Tires Choice here locally charge. I went to him because I always give him business. Anyway he lowered it to 80 dollars. During the process we found I had a bad part. He said come in today 9/6/2012 and we will realign it with the new part in. I came in at 5. They close at 5:30. Apparently that was a huge inconveience for him even though he wasn't doing any of the actual work. The job was completed in 19 minutes before they had to close. I offered to pay the 20 extra dollars on my MasterCard. He through a fit like my form of payment wasn't good enough he wanted cash. Then he started cussing at me. Telling me to eff off and never come back. And this is my first time having him do anything for me of any real Significance. Don't go to Allapattah Automotive unless want a bad job done to your car. By the way my alignment is still off. I am gonna have to pay a real shop to do my alignment correctly.

Don't go here! They said they could do a motor home engine repair job for us months ago. First time, didn't finish work, was sloppy, things not tightened and leaking. Second time we let them do other things they recommended were causing other issues, mainly the timing, and it still is not running. When we got it home, turned it off, it back fired so loudly it sounded like an explosion. Turns out, the distributor cap wasn't even fastened on and we could tell the timing was all off. Made several calls to owner and many promises given and nothing ever done about anything. It's been months now.

These guys picked my car up from me at work fixed it and droped it back off when it was done . I didnt waste any of my personal time and they did a great job . I heard about these guys from a freind of mine , he said they where good and he was wrong they where the best !
