Learning Lodge Academy

We love this school. My children have excelled here. It's like a big family and very welcoming. It's still very new so they are still finding their way in some areas, but they scored an A rating and my children are happy there.

I am embarrassed that I allowed my children to come here for the 2 weeks that they did. I spent $30 to register, $80 on school supplies and $200 on uniforms. I kept my end of the deal by doing so and getting the children to and from on time. When I was told that my very intelligent 4th grader was doing single digit math problems and watching the magic school bus during school hours I knew this was not the school for us. My daughter missed 2 days of school due to strep and when I asked to pick up her makeup work there was none...because that is what was being done in class...nothing. I feel bad for the kids, they are not learning or being challenged. This school has shown horrible preparations and practices very poor lesson planning. It's a free-for-all as far as I'm concerned. Don't be fooled with the word, "charter" or the nice ideas of school uniforms. Happy to put my kids back in their former public school where I know they will be learning.
