Coast Dental - South Port Richey

My appointment was at noon. I came in 20 minutes early to fill out paperwork. At around 12:30 I was sitting in the dentist chair waiting for the doctor to come in. I kept seeing employees walking past me saying "Oh my god what are you doing to her?" There was a lot of laughing and chatter so I peeked my head out and saw another employee in scrubs sitting in the dentist chair getting her ears stitched up by the doctor. Finally, an hour after my appointment time, the doctor walks into the room and introduces himself to me. I said my appointment time was at 12, not 1. All he said was "Okay, bye" and got up and walked away. I called corporate the same day and left a message with Patient Relations. I never received a call back. A week later I called again and left a message. I still haven't gotten a call back. It's been TWO months. I was forced to wait an hour past my appointment time while my dentist was doing work on an employee. They clearly didn't think my time was valuable. Not only did I waste my time waiting for the doctor, he was completely unapologetic and rude. I was also charged a co-pay to basically sit in a room by myself for almost an hour. A dentist's office is for teeth, not for stitching ears, especially not for ignoring a paying customer. Also, corporate never gave me a call back, which makes me think that they could care less about their customers.The staff was very rude; The doctor especially. They don't care about their customers at all. They didn't value my time and they kept me waiting for an hour and they didn't try to do anything to make it right. Especially their Patient Relations department, they should have at least called me back and apologized for the whole situation and instead I was completely ignored. I would never EVER recommend coming here to anyone.
