I've been to Appliance Parts Depot a dozen times in the past 20 years. They have always been able to get the part I need despite me calling things like doohickey, whatchmacallit or thingamabob, LOL. They always figure out what I need and very helpful with tips and tricks. Thanks for the great service.

These people are wonderful. My A/C fan motor died and after several calls I found these guys. They had the parts I needed and asked me to bring in the assembly with the old motor. After arriving and a quick test we determined that the bearings were actually bad and it really needed to be replaced. I'm not an electrician by any stretch but they took the time to mount the new motor and explain the new wire scheme to me. With a new capacitor and the fan motor I was up and running in less than an hour! They saved me a lot of money!
I had never fixed a dryer before but with their guidance and the part ordered for me I did it, all by myself. Thanks for the wonderful customer service! I have a washer to fix now and will be by to make my order for the part. I'd recommend them to anyone, they are very helpful.

Terrible Customer Service and EXTREMELY rude. Was told that if the part was incorrect we could bring it back...sure enough it was the wrong part for our model and we brought it back the very next day. The lady working even admitted that she told us that if it was wrong it could be brought back and still would not take it back saying now that "all sales are final." How do you run business this way?! I do not recommend this place to anyone. Truly a rip off.
This business is amazing....My they are so knowledgeable, and kind! They helped my husband repair our air conditioner so our baby didn't have to suffer in the hot Florida heat! Thank you again!
