The staff are very pleasant. I try to avoid peak times, but even during them, the line moves relatively quickly.

This facility should be and deserves to be inspected and held accountable.

I've lived all over the US and have never seen a worse run PO.

They WILL NOT answer the phone, they're rude and abrupt, slow and lethargic, and the carriers associated with this branch are no better.

I hand dropped a package there a week ago and not only is it MIA, but tracking claims it was never received by USPS.

Because they answer to no one, I'm just simply out of luck.

No wonder they call it, "going postal" lol.

The day USPS goes out of business and these workers find themselves unemployed...well, I'm going to celebrate.

I have to get lucky to have a good experience there. More often than not this place is inhabited by a fair amount of people that don't seem to be very happy being there. I had to call one time and counted 82 rings before someone answered. I generally will go a few miles extra to the post office in S. Daytona where they seem to care. I personally think it's a sink hole of bad karma.

OMG I'm on the phone trying to ask them where I can renew my passport and get a photo taken. First the 386 phone number that is listed doesn't work so then I called the 800 number. My wait time is between 50 and 55 minutes. I swear the USPS should be put out of business and privatized. this is the most inefficient branch of government with big perks and even bigger dept. the only worse folks that keep their jobs are the weather people.

Trying to get a package delivered from this location is so far is a task. I ordered from Amazon, no Weekend delivert I requested which they tried to deliver. Today they tried to deliver after hours. Talk to one of the postman there so I'm hoping he will come thru to keep the package there for my sister to pick up. I will call first because I'm sure they will send it out again.
