TITLE Boxing Club

My husband and I joined this gym in November with automatic pymts to withdraw the monthly fee. Our first payment was due 12/23/16 but the payment did not go through. We were not notified until we received a notice from a collection agency dated 1/8/16! I phoned the gym and was told our account was "fine". I was told Jamie the mgr would call he never did. We called him on the phone. He was rude and insulting. He intimated we were probably deadbeats who ignored the warnings he swore we received. When my husband went to see him in person the next day to get the exact dates the "notifications" were sent/given Jamie told him we were phoned on 12/23/15 (OUR DUE DATE) and again on 12/27/15. That was it. If you count holidays, our payment was less than 8 days late before we were sent to collections. When my husband offered to settle the account but asked the late fee be removed as it wasn't warranted. Jamie replied "NO" then he threated to call the police. JOIN AT YOUR OWN RISK.
