Excellent office staff.. loved Dr. Hancock and the vet tech.... office temperature was warm and the wait in the room without assistant there was a bit long.. but Dr. Hancock was attentive as was the vet tech and the office staff... have an appointment for another visit now too! :) Overall a 5 star visit except for the temp and wait ... they worked with my budget to help my dog! Greatly appreciate this vet!

Excellent staff. Very kind and attentive. My 9 yr old cat hasn't been eating for a few days and Dr. Trantham took his time explaining everything. After going through very many vets between Daytona Beach and Port Orange, I love this office. They are very reasonably priced and are open on Saturdays as well. I can not explain my gratitude for the peace of mind I received.

I had the complete opposite experience with this clinic. My little dog got hit by a car and they were open . We called ahead and they met us outside ready to help. The staff was very caring and concerned. They took care of my doggie. They gave the correct diagnosis, and proper treatment. The office and examine rooms were clean and the staff was very competent . The charges were reasonable too. I am very particular about my pets care and would recommend this place to anyone.
