Jim and Joan helped me when i had no money and needed my vehicle fixed on the spot with no money! I am a mother of 6 kids and my vehicle broke down right in front of their facility. Joan ran right over to me and helped me with my baby in the car seat to come inside the A/C. Jim helped fix my car up free of charge. God bless this family business.

the office is located 2 miles from the tag office if that and the owner told us my daughters plate would be done the next day. We called her today 29 days AFTER she purchased the car and asked if we could come pick up the plate and also they had stated they would paint the bumper and giver her a new battery. When we called today and asked about the plate the owners wife stated she had until tomorrow at midnight to get her plate to her. I thought her behavior was odd and asked her why she told us 2 weeks ago that she would have the plate. The owner was slurring her words and verbally abusive when I asked her again when we could get the plate since the temp tag was expiring tomorrow. She then hung up on us. So we drove the 25 minutes down to the dealer and asked the owners wife who hung up on us when we would have the plate and she never answered us and was slurring her words and had her daughter with her in the office and got up out of her chair and asked us to leave her property. We had recorded the whole thing. She hasnt called us and left it as she has until midnight tomorrow to get the plate......she was verbally aggressive and abusive and clearly impaired. We want the plate and for them to pay for her to have the bumper painted and the new battery they were supposed to put in when she came back to pick up the plate.

These will talk your ear off. Make sure you know they're a church going family. Tell you anything about the cars. Make you LOTS of promises that they'll take care of anything for you. The moment you sign your name on the line they will turn their back on you. We traded in both our vehicles and used all our saved money to have a reliable and roomy vehicle with having a new baby. Joan and Jim knew this. Within 2weeks time we were already having transmissions problems. For the next 2months we continued calling Raimer's. They only continued to give us the run around. The only way anything got done or to get them to talk to us was to show up unannounced and park the van. We even was told by their business partner one Thursday morning that the Raimer's weren't in and wouldn't be back until the following Monday, but wouldn't you know they WERE there! My husband had drove about 8 miles at 20mph to drop the vehicle off to them, again, to find out we were lied to!! These people are awful. I could be here forever telling you The whole 2 months of stuff that happened. Instead I have contacted a lawyer. We filed a complaint with the Division of Consumer Services and now Im making sure I am writing to everyone a horrible review for them. Save yourself the troubles, please. If you do shop there though, go down to AtoZ auto repair on Enterprise. Those guys are WONDERFUL and will check everything for you. Just tell them your test driving from Raimer's. They're not fans of the place either. Neither are a lot of the other car places around here as we found out going back through trying to collect our own documentations to take on the Raimer's.
