Casa Pools

Casa pools installed our pool 12 years ago. Less than a year later, cracks began to appear and grow. We contacted Casa Pools several times who finally came out and attempted to patch the cracks which made the pool look worse. In 2006 more cracks, still discussing and arguing with Casa Pools. 4 months later someone came out and repaired the pool crack. In 2007, one of the cracks had now travelled to the other side of the pool. Casa Pools did not see it as a serious problem. They unhappily agreed to repair it. What a mess! We have had another pool company come in and told us they are structural cracks. Very disappointed, let people know whenever we get a chance. Tom Calderone

This outfit built our pool about 7 years ago. WE have developed cracked coping and tiles falling off as well starting to loose water weekly. Called and they said they will call back to set time. 2 weeks latter they finally called and then informed us that they charge $100 to do an estimate. They can go to hell. Stay clear of these clowns.

This is a very lousy company. The office lady has no idea what is going on. I ordered 28 tiles that have cracked and she assured me they would be ordered and in 4 days later. I called her 6 days later and she said they have been out of stock for the past 6 months. Come to find out when I called the company that makes the tile...they have 1,925 pieces in stock at their warehouse in Sarasota of the tile I need. HORRIBLE COMPANY! They are clueless when it comes to doing even a simple tile order.... Don't waste your time.

VERY VERY VERY RUDE woman who works in the store. She is extremely hateful and condecending.
