I recommend that you do your research before forking out any money ...Always read the reviews on everything ( food, restaurants, especally vacation rentals, etc..)!!! My sis ., unfortunately did not read the review before renting this for our getaway. Let's say if you are an individual who doesn't care if where you are staying in is moldy, dirty, and bug infested, then this is the place for you. I could not sleep because I was worried that a roach or spider was going to get on me and my belongings. I wouldn't put anything in drawers due to fire ants. Mind you this place is Not a made service cottage. You have to throw your own trash and get your own towels between the hours of 11:30am - 6pm.. , as well as clean up. I swept the floor on our arrival,which should have been cleaned before rented out, because the floor was feelthy! There is no way, based on our room and the property itself, the owners (from South India) clean the rooms or for that matter maintain their property. This place needs to be closed down! Holes, mold, bugs, stains, and broken A/C is not acceptable in my book. So enjoy your vacation or whatever you're doing in Port Aransas Texas, but do your homework before renting anywhere, or else you'll regret!
