They are theives. I purchased a car from the in 4/4/2013. And from that time unti 8/7/2013 I had 13 repairs done on my vehicle. The the office manager insulted me and my father by calling us names and more. Then I took my car in for repairs and all they could say was, well you did purchase a used vehicle, then whe I asked for my money back alll they did was laugh. Would not recommend this dealer to anyone, yes they give great deala, but after they have your money they say #$%$, I GOTTCHA.

Buyer beware. Get a mechanic to look before you buy anything.

I found Great Lakes Superstore when I was searching for a car for my daughter. I found a perfect car for her and I contacted the dealership to make sure the car was still there. The car was a 2009 Hyundai Accent with low miles and a bumper to bumper warranty for under $10,000. I am thinking to myself (whats the catch?) When my daughter and I arrived at GLS we were greated by one of the owners. To my pleasant surprise, the car was exactly as advertised and they even offered me the $200 coupon from their website (www.glsdeals.com) We test drove the car - which was perfect for my daughter. In less than an hour, she was driving home with her new car, financed through the local credit union (Chief Financial Credit Union) with a payment of $199.
