Chief Financial Credit Union

I am VERY disappointed with the customer service and their protocols. My husband and a lone with them and it was less than 900.00. My husband passed away suddenly and I'm still waiting for death certificate. His death prompted me to call this credit union and explain my financial situation which is all of our bank acxts were set up in his name and until I get death certificate I am unable to access any of our bank accts. The rep over the phone was not empathic in any way and only wants me to pay the remaining balance. I explained I planned on it and that's why I initiated a phone call but asked if they could take late fees off. Answer: NO and to make matters worse I have them calling and harassing me as I wait for death certificate
