I called this business to inquire if they had a specific item (push-down brake rollator with padded seat) and was informed that this was available in their store. I traveled 45 minutes to their business, in extremely cold weather, and was told "sorry, we don't carry that." An employee lacking knowledge of what is stocked at their business should not be answering the telephone. An employee waiting on a customer should inform the customer if the item could be special ordered for them or not, but this did not happen and I did not ask, I just wanted to head for the door.
