Johnny's Pump & Well Service

Absolutely horrible business. We moved into Ponchatoula two years ago and had Johnny's pump and well service come out to install the well and the pump. Not even a year into living there my pump parts needed replacement and my tank filled with sand. When that was fixed after 2 weeks of unanswered calls and no shows, it didn't taken but another 6 months for the entire system to begin to fail bringing up mud into my pipes clogging up all the water pipes in my home. Well apparently he hires an outside peraon to dig the wells and now there are playing name games blaming each other on who's fault it is that my system is messed up and both refuse to come out here to fix or replace anything. We actually had to drive out to his house to even get a decent response which basically was a your screwed situation. I am not usually one to do reviews but this is absolutely insane. We have been out of water for over a week now due to faulty pumps installed by this company from day one and they will not even come to look at the situation because they know just what they did.
