These guys are the WORST plumbing company in the state. They never showed up for the first visit, raised their price from $5K to $11K on the second visit which they were late for, and on the third visit showed up at 4pm for an 11am appointment and then said it was too late in the day to start the job. They left us at 4pm on a Friday without a functioning bathroom in our one bathroom household. To make matters worse, when I called and spoke with the owner Wayne, he advised me that his employees "have lives after 5pm". First off, that's not the answer you give a client that spent $11K with you 3 months prior for a tankless water heater. Secondly, I didn't ask his guy to do the job after 5pm. I asked his guy to do the job at 11am. The "punctual plumber" is a nice gimmicky slogan, but that's all it is -- a gimmick. You don't get anything if they are late. You just get stuck without a bathroom at 4pm on a Friday. If you can find another plumber do so. These guys are not worth the headache.
