US1 Dental Doctors

If you want to be charged for work not done then this is your doctor. I was charged for a crown which was never put in my mouth. He refuses to give me a copy of my lab report and my dental records.

This dentist office is all about making money on extra services. They do good work for crowns and cavities. But if you don't have extra money over what your insurance pays, and just want regular cleanings, they don't want you there. Staff is rude, dentist accused me of not taking enough vitamins during pregnancy, when my child's white spots on teeth actually came from not cleaning during braces. I over heard the staff and female dentist making fun of someone who had no money and needed dental work. They had a hygienist once who whispered in my ear, there's nothing wrong with your teeth, she's not there anymore.

Usually peolpe don't take time to leave a good review online. I have decided to find time to leave a good review. I am glad I have found this office for my treatments. They accept my insurance, the dentist has made me very comfortable explaining everything before the treatment was done. I am usually very anxious about going to the dentist, but this dentist made me feel at ease. I got a great looking crown too! Thank you!
