All Seal Exteriors

This company is terrible. They did my pool deck and about a year later, I had white spots coming up from the grout lines. I tried a few things to clean the white spots but nothing took it off. I called and KP said he would send someone out, but also said "I'm not fixing it for free." This is before he saw what was going on. He sent someone out, but never called me back. After a few days, I called him and he said he will call me back...NEVER HAPPENED. I called again and got voice mail and he never returned my calls. I sent a complaint to the BBB. His response was that moving my patio furniture and what I used to clean it ruined the deck. First of all, I have 2 lightweight chairs there, that I very rarely go on, or move. How does moving a chair cause white spots on the deck? Second, what I used to clean it are things I use in my home and I only used it on one area. I have many areas, so this did not ruin m deck. What did ruin my deck was poor workmanship. I had 3 people over that I got from Angie's List. All 3 said my problem is calcium deposits coming up because the deck is hollow in that area. This is due to poor prep job. So, if 3 people are telling me this, who do you believe? When you spend maoney to have a deck done, it should last MANY years.

Very amateur job. Driveway cracked on first day. Holes in concrete. Debris not cleaned up. Border stain not the color we requested and was brushed all over the main part of the driveway. I could go on and on. Just a very poorly done project. We waited years to do this and expected to see what we see in other driveways in our neighborhood. Beyond disappointed. We made final payment due to daily harassment from owner and salesman which was beginning to affect our health. We did get a small amount knocked off the bill (clearly an admission of poor job), but it will not even be enough to pay for repairs to all the holes in the concrete. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!

All Seal Exteriors did a terrible job on our driveway. The salesman vanished after the sale and the crew boss was cheap and greedy and did not hire enough men to do the job right. When we spoke with the Owner, he did not care.



My wife and I are upset we went with this company at $6/sq ft and paid over nine thousand dollars. The job All Seal did is worthless. We should have went with another company that priced us at $3.50 per square.



We would NEVER recommend this company. Call me and come by my house to see for yourself.
