Dr. Reddy is fantastic. I feel safe and well treated by him. Never rushed, he expresses empathy and gives me good information the go home and study. He is happy and ready to confront and respond to any reasonale quetion I offered him. And the: He employes the wrong people to act as the part of his practice most of us have to deal with. Uninterested, poorly motivated and no scense of priorities at all. My DAILY perscriptions are authorized days late, every single time. It's sytemic, and hard on the patient. Every refill is delayed for no reason. They have a reputation at my pharacy for sloppy work habits. It is frustrating and unhealthy for my system to go 30 days on plan -> a couple of stressful and anxious days off my meds -> then after about my fifth phone call, they sign my request for a routine refill. They are fooling around and being arbitrary with my health, and I cannot accept an excuse for this behavior that is built into the process. I wonder if he knows his staff
