LOVE KRYSTAL 100 % SHE IS SO INCRIBEL

It's oh-so-bad! I'd never go there again! I took my son there to get new glasses and it took A MONTH for them to get them in! I called after about 2 weeks with no word and they tried to tell me that I CANCELLED AND THEN REORDERED...that's the reason for the delay. WHAT?! When I told them that I did no such thing, they had me talk to the manager, who said there was a mixup and the glasses had to be reordered, which should take another 2 weeks! So, I waited. After waiting the whole 2 weeks, I finally got them, along with a warranty, and left. Just short of 3 months later, the screw on my son's glasses falls off and he lost the lense. I took the glasses back and explained the situation. They said the warranty does not cover loss, which is fine, I'd pay for another lense...after all, how expensive can it be? After being told it would cost a WHOPPING $160, I left and went elsewhere, where I got 2 brand new pairs of glasses for $180. I'd NEVER go back to Shopko Optical. It is not worth the headache or the long wait!!!
