Loveless, Neilsen & Loveless

I have never been to this attorney. However, I am looking for one. In my search, I have found many negative comments and ratings on this attorney. I'll save you the time, everyone pretty much agrees that he is unprofessional, reliable, rude, and expensive after all the hidden fees and "accidental" misunderstandings occur.

NO STARS DESERVED!!!! NO STARS....for Michael Neilsen and his secretary, Mary. A very unprofessional agency who can talk but can not walk what they say. Both for my Pre-trial conference and for my Status trial conference, my current husband and I took work off and showed up to attend the trials, at no time was I EVER informed that on the pre-trail it was canceled. A wasted morning and work hours I had to make up. I Called Mary to find out why I was NOT notified, all I received was a very unprofessional person on the other end. All she can say was not much of anything but rude. Again, we showed up for the status trial, Neilsen just walked past us and never notified me of anything as to what occurred. Again I called upset requiring an explanation, again I received rude. Mary has sent me other client letters in the mail, someone else's name in the letterhead, which was intended for me. Mary has lost me emails several times, delaying my work, and requested for me to resend my emails, stating that is was sent to her junk mail... In addition too, I would try to explain to Neilsen why I did or would not agree to requests made with respect to my case, he would just say, "I really don't care what happen, I am tired of you and your ex fighting, I just want this over with." Also, all court paper work came back with Brent Morgan doing all the work and I paid Neilsen to photo copy, stamp it, and mail it off to me. Thank you Brent Morgan for all your work. I had to call Morgan's office to find out what was going on with my case towards the very end. Amongst many other unprofessional experiences with Neilsen and Mary, I finally called them up indicating I would Never use their service again. I ended up paying them an additional $100 for them to cut and paste my name into a letter indicting to me thank you (me) for my service with them (Neilsen) and that if I ever needed their service again, I would need to pay another retainer fee for their service. I am not pleased with how my case came out, I gave up and no longer felt like I had an attorney representing me, I was only paying an attorney to copy, file, placate me, and charge me at full rate. Please seek your services somewhere else...you will lose... come out unhappy and very unsatisfied. Neilsen and his whole agency is very unprofessional and can care less about your interests and only bill you for what little work they do, they rely on other attorneys to do all the work and then just copy, stamp, and mail it to you with a bill. Please Be Advised!!!! Use all Caution!!!! NO STARS!!!! I had to put a star in the star :( Again Neilsen DESERVES NO STARS!!!

I went to have a simple Will updated, what I got was the worst experience ever! If you are looking for a friendly attorney in or around Pocatello, Idaho you better keep looking. Ben Neilsen was a Jekyll-Hyde!
