        We have used J & J Auto Body multiple times for business and personal repair and we have been very pleased with the results and the promptness of their service. They are very professional, personable, and reasonable. On top of that, they do beautiful work. We took our truck in today for some body & window work and were again impressed with them. As a woman, I appreciate the cleanliness and niceness of the lobby and the facility...I feel welcome and comfortable there.

        My husband and I both highly recommend J & J.

        Poor Auto Body Repair

        I was not at all happy with J & J Auto Body. After taking 4 weeks to just fix the passenger fender and hood of my car I have more problems with the car now than ever! First of all the hood is not aligned there is great big gap on one side of the hood where the other side is touching and when you go to open or close the hood it jams, the panel lighting no longer works, The passenger door locks and window do not work. I took the car back to have them fix it. Nothing was fixed other than the door lock and window (they hadn't plugged it back in) but then my tail lights were not working. Anyway I ended up taking the car to Custom Colors 208-479-8183 they did a wonderful job with the hood the panel lights and everything else. I got my car back the way it was.

        In response to "truthbeknown", I have reviewed our records from the time when this review was posted and we have no records of a fender and hood repair that took 4 weeks. I have tried calling the number provided by you for "Custom Colors" and it was not a valid number. Nevertheless, if you are still not satisfied feel free to stop by and speak with either myself or Roy in person, or just give us a call. I would also like to add that we do not consider ourselves better or worse than any other collision facility in the area, however our customers do come to us for a reason. We believe in honest and fair service with the customers satisfaction being our #1 priority.
