IHOP

Worst IHOP I have ever been to. Everything from service to food was less the mediocre.

My family and I ate here twice in the last two weeks. The first time we were told there was a new chef, so the food service was slow (took almost 30 mins to get food after ordering). We gave them a second chance this morning and everything was worse. We sat for 45 mins waiting for our food and it came out cold. Our server didn't check on us until the food came out, then made a quick comment about about being busy, which it wasn't. The manager had been called to several tables for complaints of slow, poor service, but did not make any other rounds to let us know what was going on. Having worked in the restaurant business, I understand a slow kitchen (for a very short period of time) and the demands it puts on the servers and managers. However, the servers weren't checking on their tables at all and the manager only talked to tables that complained. Won't eat here again for awhile. Sad because IHOP was one of our family favorites.
