Pleasant Dragon Buffet

Watch out for the cockroaches!!!

We went in on Saturday March 14, 2015 we were seated and had our drink order taken, we went to the buffet and there was hardly any food in any of the warmers, there was not enough food for our party of 4! We asked for more food to be put out but that never happened. When we were ready to leave they brought our check on a little tray and on the little tray with our check was a dead cockroach. Of course we were having a fit about it and all of the sudden, just like magic - no one speaks English! They took away the little tray with the bug and brought back the little tray a couple of minutes later without the bug, but it still had our check in it.

Husband ordered takeout- went to pick it up, and there was a misunderstanding with the order-- he wanted the meals with fried rice and an egg roll, they had made single items. When he tried to explain, the employee said, "That's not what you ordered." She then seated a couple customers then yelled something to the back of the restaurant in another language. A guy came out, put the food in a container and started yelling at my husband, "You get out! You don't get food! F you! F you!" We won't be back.

Worst place to eat in Pleasant View. They have a so called buffet that has the barely any food in the hot trays and your lucky if it hasn't sat in those trays for hours. Then if you happen to get take out from the buffet the lady has a fit if she thinks you have gotten to much in that tiny tiny container they give you for $8.00 for the dinner. Every time I have gone there weather I am eating there or getting buffet take out I always have to wait on food and when you ask if they will bring more out the lady ask how much I need. Are you kidding me...I am not giving an order its a BUFFET!!! I got take out tonight and my breaded crab was so hard my dog couldnt even bite into it thats how long that had say there. I wonder if the health department has been there lately. They need to make a surprise visit. That place is an insult to Pleasant View. The place use to be somewhat good but has gone down hill really bad.

I went at lunch time and it was awful they hardly had anything on the bar.
